Michael Tutton is one of the original members of Marni And The Men.

Marni was performing at a friend's wedding and, in a moment of pre-performance panic,
turned to Michael for support. From that discussion came the idea of working together
to "put some meat on the bones" of Marni's songs.

Michael learned to play guitar while drinking, shooting pool and skipping class at college.

Michael has shared the stage with Alan Frew (Glass Tiger), Gord Depp (The Spoons),
as well as having opened for Teenage Head.

Michael and Brian Weatherhead (the drummer for Marni And The Men) have been in bands
together since 1990.
